This page explains how you can exercise your personal data rights in relation to KRO Rentals.
How to submit a request
Send an email to info@kroauto.ro with the subject “GDPR Request” and mention the right you wish to exercise. To protect data, we may request additional information to verify identity.
Right of access
You may request confirmation that we process data about you and a copy of the relevant data.
Right to rectification
You may request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure
You may request erasure where legally permitted, except where we have legal obligations or legitimate reasons to retain data.
Restriction and portability
You may request restriction of processing or, in certain cases, transfer of data in a structured format.
Objection and consent
You may object to certain processing or withdraw consent for promotional communications where processing is based on consent.
